Advantages: Cats love them, interesting flavours

Disadvantages: Getting a bit expensive to buy as a regular treat

Whiskas, with their famous slogan '8 out of 10 cats prefer it' is a favourite of my cat Normans!! I know many cat owners who also say how much their cats love the Temptations treats!!

The treats come in a plastic container and are foil wrapped which keeps the freshness in. There are 3 varietys, beef, chicken and cheese and salmon. The chicken and cheese always being the favourite. You can also find within the same whsikas range the 'crunch' and 'dentabix' products which my cat also enjoys.

My cat eats a mixture of wet and dry food and so I use the treats as part of his weekly diet.

I have found the price of these treats to be on a steady increase, especially in the high steet supermarkets. I do occasionaly find the treats on a buy 2 and get the third free deal. I last found this in Wilkinsons.

Whiskas work with the Waltham center for Pet Nutrition to create the products and they are nutritionally balanced therefore I do not mind my cat having them once in a while.

I would not recomended the treats for Kittens as the beef buscuits are a little hard to chew but once the kitten is alittle older then they should be fine.
