This item is a product released by Zoo med to help add variety and moisture to the diet of your bearded dragon. It is supposed to be a balanced diet to help provide the correct moisture that these would consume in the wild, However most people believe that any pellet foods are not that good for you pets as they do not have correct vitamins and minerals. Zoo med bearded dragon food is a convenient pellet food for feeding to your bearded dragon. It states that it is nutritionally balanced, however most reptile keepers warn against feeding pelleted foods as a staple diet, as they dont usually contain everything reptiles need, and the formula can cause health problems in the long term. This food is supposed to be a high moisture content food, which provides the moisture dragons usually get from plants.
