... first chihuahua that became a member of the family was given as a xmas gift, she is KC reg and is a lovely little girl called molly! The second was a male dog called bailey who is also KC reg. When we got our first one it was just before the boom of the little dog and hand bag phase so she was expensive for that time but alot cheaper then out male that we have recently got. He is about 8 months old and cost a wopping £1000!!! He is a lovely dog though and is a great adition to the family. Over time these dog breeds have become very expensive (KC reg or not). ... are definately my favourite pet. I have always owned one during my life. My first cat, Dora, lived till the age of 21 and was a really great companion. Very kind and loving, but very defensive at the same time. I grew up with her, and it was this cat that definately started my admiration for these animals. After dora died, about 3 years ago now. We picked up 2 kittens - max and maisie. They are still a right handful and race around providing enjoyment for anyone whos watching! Advantages - Cats are great because 1. bruffyboy Ants (Formicidae)
... are cool in my book. They have that really cool work ethic, and they work in teams. They each have different roles, and just watch a bunch of them carrying twigs or the like and you can t help but fall in love with them. Sadly, there s a problem with them, which is that they get everywhere. Because they always come in numbers, where you find one you ll find lots and lots, and that scares people (including me). They can climb any surface, and many s the time I ve sat on a nest and found them crawling up my legs: yuck! Sadly, they are easy to kill and often end up dead.
