... when galloping around the flat), I needed to find a good, heavy duty litter to go in his (covered) litter tray. I have tried loads which were fairly rubbish I have to say, but this one allegedly kept odours down as it was highly absorbent clay. Well I picked up a bag in my local Tesco and took it home to try on Bubble. On opening the bag I found the litter to be a reddy - brown colour (like clay, obviously), which is unlike the usual white or grey colour you get with cat litter. The litter itself is fairly small...more

Living in a 3rd floor flat, my formerly outdoor-loving kitty Bubble has now become a house cat (mainly because he can't seem to get the hang of going down the stairs etc). Hello again, it’s Shady here, Karen(UK)’s cat. You may have read my other opinions on cat food and cat litter, but as my Mum has changed my brand of cat litter, I wanted to write an opinion as a bit of a protest rant. Don’t buy this one again! I want my old one back! Ahh, that’s better. Got that off my chest. Now let me tell you about the cat litter. I mean it's not all bad and I do try to be fair... Well, after the Great Pet Stand-Off this morning – me versus that scruffy mutt I have to share my house with – I needed to avail myself of the toilet facilities. Although there was a generous amount of the litter in ...
