English Bullys - The best a man can get (Bull Terriers)

Disadvantages: Ha you must be jokin? ok two things - sensitive skin and farts

Right were do I start?
i got my English about 5 months ago and he was in a terrible state when i got him they were feeding him the cheapest crappy food they could find (sorry for language) you could see all of his spine and ribs, they left the feces and pee on the floor so his skin and feet were red roar from it all, they would put down one medium size bowl for all of the pups, so it was the strongest ate. I paid a lot for him considering the state he was in and having no papers (some people frown upon him because he has no papers I say "I don't care i love him to bits who gives a shite about a piece of paper?","not me"). now i have had him for 5 months and have been feeding him on "bakers complete puppy" which has all that he needs including Zinc that was what made me buy this food, because they suffer from zinc deficiencies and skin ailments.

Now for the good stuff
He is doing really really good now the vet said he is in top condition, Excellent coat, perfect weight, great temperament, good teeth. hes been micro chipped, he's de-wormed every few months 3 to 6 or so, he has a bath with aloe vira every 6-8 weeks because of his sensitive skin the aloe helps the dry spots and bites. cant do it too often because it will dry his skin out more (i take him to vets once every 3 months for a check up)

These dogs are the nuts they are amazingly funny, caring, so so gentle when it comes to kids, there ignorance is quite funny some times like you tell them to do some thing and they know exactly what you are saying but they just don't want to. Some people say they are ugly but they must be the best looking dog around. We called ours Mace dunno why, it jus seams to fit the bill. (his farts match the chemical make up of mace, its awaful)

I dunno what that other guy is talking about because these dogs would never do that, they have to be provoked to do anything, even get out of bed some times. Mace lives with 2 cats a rat and snake, he has never tried anything on with them, he's more scared of the cats than anything, he's such a woos. He gets walked twice a day for vigorous exercise for about and hr a time. I use the "whacker ball" its a plastic stick at one end has a cup for a tennis ball, he goes mad for it, he comes back with the ball drops it and sits waiting for you too throw it again. Also he doesn't pay any attention to any other dogs at all he is so captivated by the ball (you will have to by hundreds of tennis balls because they chew the crap out of it then spit it out like you can still use it). Mace also likes to have a "mad moment" were he will run in and out flat out about ten times then jump around like Bronco Billy or a little lamb. When we take him into the field behind our place the grass is like a meter tall, I let him off the lead and he darts in to the long grass with a huge jump then bounces across the field and all you can see is his head bobbing up and down. I've only had him 5 months he has changed my life completely I don't know were I would be with out him, he's ma buddy. All this in 5 months, there is so much more to these dogs than meets the eye, if you are looking for dog to keep you company, and squish you when they want a cuddle then this is the dog for you. With a bit of time and love these dogs become the best companion any one can ask for they will love you till you part.
p.s. i think my dog prides him self on his ability to fart. (buy air Freshener)
