My Girlfriend and I bought a goldfish over a year ago!. Gold fish are graceful and beautiful and do not require alot of attention to take care of. A Fish tank cost us around £20 and fish food cost us only £5 for a massive container of it i swear our fish was spoiled. Gold fish are generally energetic and brighten up your household giving it an aquatic feel. Goldfish are colourful and generally train children for higher responsibilities in life such as taking care of household pets. Goldfish are fun to watch, the more fish there are in the tank the more excitement you obtain as you try to guess the fish's next movements. Goldfish tanks only need cleaned once every few days and objects such as bridges and stones can be bought for the fish to give a more of a sense of adventure. DON'T LET YOUR CAT NEAR THE FISH BOWL as you won't have a fish left!. Goldfish live for quite a while. My fish Sunny lived for over a year before he left us. He was a joy to take care of! :)
