Kata GDC Holster H-14 ... own the H-10 version of this camera holster bag so I can not specifically comment on the size of this version. However, I can say that Kata advertise the H-10 as being able to accommodate an SLR in the main compartment with a lens in one pocket, but i find this unrealistic. The material is amazingly hard wearing, I feel quite happy to have this thrown over my shoulder without worrying about the gear inside. But due to this hard wearing material shell, there is no extra expansion in the side pockets for the lens. Tamrac Expedition 7 Model 5577 ... photography rucksack is excellent if you have a reasonable amount of photography gear to lug around, or have a fairly large lens and want to carry other gear like your wide angle lens, lunch, waterproof jacket, hat & gloves. All the stuff you need when your out really. This sack is big enough to hold a sigma 500mm f4.5 attached to a body, or the nikon 200-400mm f4 which is about the same size. I don t know about canon lenses, but I don t think it will fit the 500mm f4 canon or nikon with the body attached. As well as the sigma 500 I can also get it my 70-200 f2.8 VR, 18-200VR, and lunch! A friend of mine who is an avid photographer convinced me to get a digital single lens reflex (dslr) to replace the old one as the quality of photos taken is much more superior compared to a typical digital compact camera.
