... am not an everyday spectacle wearer but I do wear glasses for prolonged usage on this laptop or when reading and stuff as I do get alot of eyestrain and am ever so slightly short sighted. I love my specs though and think they not only make me look rather alot more intelligent than I truly am but they do really help to keep horrible migraines at bay! Nikon HB-29 ... lens hood fits the 77mm diameter end of the 70-200 f2.8 VR lens. Nikon claim that the little metal clip is very good and clips securely to the lens, but I, along with quite a few other people have found that this clip is hopeless! And my evidence, well, the original I got with the lens is now at the bottom of a cliff after falling off whilst photographing puffins! They were not amused at having to dodge it when it came flying through their colony either! When it stays on the lens it is good at protecting the end of the lens, and helping to reduce lens flair.
