I get my CVP 409 in Singapore end of May 2008 and I should say that I am happy but also quite desapointed.
This piano has so many features that I expected to have a brief on the basic things rather than a delivery and nothing else than a book and CD.
The Official Seller "offerered" me an USB wireless..... after 2 weeks I still can't connect to Internet (leaflet not detailled enough to be able to setup myself).
They offered Free IDC, I finally discovered that it is for only 5 songs to download...
The Official Seller gave me an additional year of warranty to the one year, but they will not cover the parts.
Anyone has better support than that?
I am quite disappointed, because it is a very nice and powerful digital piano, but no support in relation with price.
