Cineraria.

This plant Senecio cineraria/ Cineraria maritima sometimes called silver dust, is a plant my father would sometimes grow along the edge of the front garden flower bed.
This plant would be grown mostly for its pretty silver grey foliage. The foliage is delicate foliage the leaves divided lacy; the leaf itself is sort of fuzzy fleece like.
These plants as well as producing a pretty leaf does flower they have a small yellow flower.
Dad used to grow these plants alternatively between flowering bedding plants the flower bed looked beautiful with them like this.

This plant although a perennial is usually grown as an annual seeds grown every year you could try taking a cutting that might work.
. Senecio cineraria /Cineraria maritima grows to be about 12 inches tall, spreads to about 15 inches.

Seeds can be sown from January through to April in a greenhouse in a tray of potting compost. Plant them outside In May after the frosts and you should be rewarded by a beautiful silvery border with flower in the summer till the autumn frosts.

Packets of these seeds containing about 200 seeds can be bought from http://fothergills.co.uk/en/cineraria-silver-dust- 141.aspx costs £1.70. Most other seeds merchants do these seeds as well. You will find you can buy these seeds in most garden centres. I have seen them in 2 of my local garden centres.
Dad used to grow his from seed but I have seen the plants for sale in garden centres

Another species of cineraria is Senecio cruentus This my mum used to have as a houseplant.
This plant grows in a rounded bush form growing to about 8-13 inchesl20-30cm tall. Many flowers will bloom on one of these plants. The flowers different hues of blues and reds. The flowers are like a daisy flower; in fact the Senico Cruentis belongs to the Compositae daisy family.
These plants like to be kept moist, wet and do not like to be in full sun in a hot sunny window keep them in a partially shaded one.
There are many of these plants for sale in the garden centre for a couple of pounds.

Both these plants are pretty and yes I would recommend them .

Summary: a good plant
