Sweet William/ Dianthus Barbalus / Coryopyllaseae Sweet William, ahhhhhhhhhhh no not the sweet little boy William that I teach , but the flower I grow in my garden. Sweet William is a biennial (seeds sown this year will flower next) I love sweet Williams they are a flowers that holds childhood memories of the garden I grew up in. my dad nearly always had these in the front garden Sweet Williams are pretty they grow to heights between 4 and 14 inches depending on variety and soil conditions.
