In November 2006 I decided to buy my first Plasma TV and purchased this model from Currys for around £1,000. I was a little worried as to how it would look in my lounge (20ft by 14ft) but it didn't dominate the room as I had feared. Indeed, having now had this TV for a few years I don't even notice it. I do have a friend who has the same model but has a smaller lounge at it certainly did dominate his room. This is something to bear in mind when purchasing a TV of this size.
The picture quality is very good and I have recently upgraded my Sky package to HD and this is awesome.
The TV was extremely easy to set up and the manual was very simple to follow.
One drawback of this model is that the sound quality could be better but all in all I'd say this model is a great buy.
I have never had any problems with the TV but my friend who had the same model and lost the colour black, which is obviously an issue.
I would definitely purchase an LG plasma again as I have nothing but praise for it.
