months ago we decided that we would bite the bullet and invest in a new and much larger TV. We went from having a 32 inch TV to this huge 50 inch plasma. When the TV was delivered to our door I was slightly taken aback by the sheer size of the box, we ordered it from online so I was a little concerned about it making its way safely to our door. However, it was packaged well and I really didn t have any reason for concern. The TV was easy enough to get set up onto its stand but it really did require two people as the size, shape and weight of the TV make it a bit of difficult object to lift and manoeuvre. time looking for the perfect tele I was not going to buy a plasma as i have heard many bad things about screen burn, although after my cousin that works in technology brought the tele, so i bit the bullet and brought one for myself and i was pleasantly surprised. The tele has plenty of connections, I have my xbox, PS3 and sky+HD plugged into the tele, the tele has no lag in anyway, which is good. The sound quality is good not the best although the tele has a 3D surround sound effect that has a good effect that makes the sound seem like there is noise around you. too long ago, my parents decided that they needed to purchase a new TV for the front room. Our previous flat screen had decided to burn holes throughout the screen in random places, so we needed to get rid and get a new one in. My dad is a bit of a techie (unlike me) and tends to search for ages to make sure he purchases the best TV for the best price etc, its annoying he takes so long, but it s usually worth it in the end, despite having to wait ages and continue watching TV on a tiny 19" monitor.
