Advantages: Great picture quality looks great

We had a normal widescreen JVC tv before i managed to convince my wife that a plasma HD tv was necessary. I'm so glad i did its great especially for gaming. I have an Xbox360 which runs games on HD and what a differance it makes to my gaming pleasure.

We were origionaly going to buy a 32" but when we went to look at them my recognised that we were as well going for the next size up which was a supprise to me.

It looks fantastic and comes with two sockets to put scarts into, two HD sockets and numerous other plugs at the back. It also comes with freeview built in.

You dont actually realize what a differnce HD makes to gaming until you play again on a normal tv, it really spoils you for it.

I bought it from Comet last year and i paid around £575 which included £75 for the bracket it sits on, which i really grudged. I believe now the stands are included.

The only downside is we have Sky+ and when you are watching Sky you can hear some background noise from the Freeview i regularly change the Freeview chanel to stop this but it keeps getting moved.

Overall i thimks its great and looks the part.
