Rating:
newer models released, it s still one of the most recent ones in their range and is actually very reasonably priced considering it s full 1080p HD and a massive 42 inches in size; this model also comes with a pedestal/stand included. We picked it up today and had it set up very quickly and with great ease, surprisingly. To attach the screen to the pedestal was actually no problem at all, the only thing we needed was a Phillips screw driver and the ability to lift the screen (as it is quite heavy) onto 2 metal bits that keep the parts together - I m sorry I don t know the technical term but if you were rude minded you might think they looked like some kind of metal sex ...

Bought this TV last year, in fact early last year and it looked the biz as soon as it came out of the box. Fortunately my supplier delivered, did all the minor assembly of stand, etc, cabled all the kit up (including my DVD and PVR) and tuned everything in. I did have to help the guy carry it in and it was heavy so definitely a two man job. The Panasonic has a marvelous picture; colours like you wouldn t believe and sound nice too. Fiddling with the many setting options does produce results but to be honest I haven t really taken the time to suss out as to what s best. However after 6 or 7 months the whole thing fell about our ears; switch on one night and nothing, dead ...

Initially i was very happy with the new TV very good picture and sound quality. When I watched some faster paced programmes it did blur and get blotchy. However this was still better that any normal TV It was not until I purchased Sky HD that the TV came into its own. When watching something like a football match you can pick out every action fro every person in the crowd the detail is that good. Planet Earth was also played in HD and you just can t compare it to normal definition it is truly ...
