Advantages: TV is top quality... among the best out there for a great bargain price.

Disadvantages: Does not have the extra features as some of the other TVs in same category.

If you are looking for a quality plasma television at a great price, then look no more. Panasonic is an industry leader in manufacturing superb plasma TVs and this particular model is no exception. I purchased my TV about three weeks ago for around $1,800. When deciding which set to purchase, I looked at two factors... price and picture quality. The price is great for the size of the screen and the picture quality is second to none. I couldn't find a better picture on any other set... even the more expensive models. Although this set lacks some of the fancy features that come with some of the other expensive models (i.e. picture-in-picture) you have to ask yourself if these features are worth the extra cash. For me, it wasn't. I look at this TV as having everything that you need and nothing that you don't need, and that is why you get such a great plasma at such a great price.

Although this set does not have the extras, it does have the essentials... composite video hook ups and progressive scan makes for excellent DVD viewing.

Summary: This is a top notch television set at a very reasonable price.
