Bought this TV last year, in fact early last year and it looked the biz as soon as it came out of the box. Fortunately my supplier delivered, did all the minor assembly of stand, etc, cabled all the kit up (including my DVD and PVR) and tuned everything in. I did have to help the guy carry it in and it was heavy so definitely a two man job. The Panasonic has a marvelous picture; colours like you wouldn t believe and sound nice too. As you can see it is a good looking PDP. But it`s not the most important thing. in last few years Panasonic dominates on world Plasma market with their products. In 2005 it is the best selling PDP TV in Japan with about 80 %!!! This year latest models will be on the top again. 42PX60 isn`t the best one, but it can gives you a lot of memories. The resolution is 1024:768 and it`s far away from full HDTV (1920:1080) but however it will give you a perfect picture. Initially i was very happy with the new TV very good picture and sound quality. When I watched some faster paced programmes it did blur and get blotchy. However this was still better that any normal TV It was not until I purchased Sky HD that the TV came into its own.
