Philips 42PF9946

We've had our Philips 42PF9946 for about 3 years now - we bought it before the big High Definition revolution and we've regretted the purchase ever since. The TV itself isn't too bad - the silver colour makes it look smart without attracting dust (like some black models do). There are 2 speakers located on either side of the 42 inch widescreen display, but the speakers are quite well integrated into the overall design, meaning they don't look out of place.
