I brought this tv about ten months ago from Pc world.Much to the dissapointment of the sales assistant who miss informed me that i need to put gas in the tele to get it to work.So i go to my petrol station top up my car my phone and my tv do i? .No i do not now get some propa trainig clown but anyway this is not a review of the Pc world staff.

So out the box it looks fantastic, what i really liked was that the stand was attatched to it , saved me a jod so it just went straight onto my display unit.It looks fantastic.I would like to point out this is only hd ready not fullhd,it is 720p not 1080p,The tv will upscale to 1080i however.

The specification information was taken from the manual which came with the tv.

I brought the tv as it was the cheapest priced one of this size.Quite happy with it,the sound is the real downfall,it is not very loud and you have to have the volume right up near the maximum,I have since put in a surround sound system to sort this problem out.I would recommend that you either have one or purchase one along with the tv.The other downside is that it is not full hd.It upscales perfectly fine but the picture will not be as clear as a full hd tv.

If you ar on a budget like i was this is a very good tv for the price,The settings are very easy to navigate and control.the picture is very good once it has been worn in.Experts recomend that a plasma tv need 100-150 hours of burn in time.I have experianced no screen burn at all and i have ahd the tv for about 10 monthys now.It has plenty of ports for your blu ray players, dvd players and games consoles.

It took a matter of minutes to set up, and i had to play around with the settings for about 15 minutes to get my desired look and sound. It does look fantastic but it seems to collect dust very easily i seem to find myself cleaning it twice a day. They do however provide you with a cloth to clean it which is nice.

The fibrelight feature is a patented samsung feature,it is a two way daylight filter. It absorbs external light as it approaches the tv screen and transmite internal light.

The 100hz refresh rate is twice as fast as most plasmas this gives the tv absoloutley no lag what so ever.

I paid £529.99 for it and it is avery good price for a very decent tv.I am yet to experiance any problems with it except the sound issue. It has a very sturdy rigid feeling. The stand it comes on is also solid and it is very easy to swivel the angle of the tv to match your angle. It looks fantastic to as it is finished in a high gloss piano black and is the cantre peice of my front room.

I would highly reccommend buying this tv over any similar priced lcd television, as i had an lcd before it , and this is a lot better espically when it comes to watching films with a lot of dark scenes.

Summary: The best tv in this price range
