I have been playing with my granddaughters /sons playmobil family vacation home today. I bought this ages ago for my grand children when I saw it in a charity shop, All I bought was the house and a couple of figures but with all the other playmobil and other house toys she has this made a good addition to her toy box.

The home is an A frame plastic construction. The home is a blue colour with white end walls. This one room home is a bit like a tent. Size is approximately is 10.6 inches long and 9.45 inches high.

There is easy access to this home with a large skylight opening. The front of the home has doors that open and close and a terrace area outside.
If you buy this set new it comes with a couch and chair these convert into beds. There is a patio set a table with an umbrella, chairs, a barbeque grill and utensils. A tree and a few other bits and pieces come with this set too. There is a play Mobil family that comes with this set a mum dad and 2 children, their arms and legs are movable.
This home is compatible with Play Mobil System X construction Play Mobil System X

This toy is suitable for a child aged 4 and over. Personally I think that a younger child would play happily with this, supervise or remove small parts from this set while your child is playing with it.

Educational benefits. Your child can use their gross and fine motor control skills.
A child will enjoy playing out real life situations with this set. You could use this in a therapy session a child will often relive their experiences through play this helps them understand and deal with emotions. Generally children just love playing with small houses and dolls pretending all sorts of things
