Playmobil 4647: Child with Foal

To add to our growing collection of Playmobil that our youngster has recently got into, I present you with a Playmobil 'Special' set. I am unsure as to why it is classed as a 'special' set, though I believe it may be to do with it only being on shelves for a certain length of time. We personally bought this from Ebay brand new for £2.99 overall, though Amazon do have it listed. Unfortunately it is currently unavailable there so I have no price comparison to offer you.

The set is a small set which, without the 'special' attached to it, would be in the pocket money range of Playmobil. Included in the set is the following;

1 Playmobil boy in green trousers and green top with a yellow waistcoat and brown boots. He also has a hat which can be removed, though like many hats on the children Playmobil we have found, this one is too large and does not sit properly on his head before falling off. As with other Playmobil people, the arms and legs move and the child can bend into sitting position. His hands can also grasp certain objects.

1 horse/pony in brown and black. The child can sit on this pony though with some difficulty as I do not think it is made for this though my youngster loves trying it. His head bends forward into an eating position.

Two accessories which include a small silver bucket and some grass, both of which the child can hold.

The set is very small as you can see, though my little one loves it as she loves anything to do with animals. For the £3.00 we paid, I would say that it is a decent add-on though I would not recommend paying anything over that.
