This summer meadow from playmobil consists of a boy and a girl play person, a Pear tree, a horse and cart, a crate full of clover, a cow, a sheep, a pig.

These playmobil designed for younger children do not have as movable limbs as those designed for sets suitable for older children. You can move the legs at the waist the people will either stand or sit. The play people are fairly basic people made out of coloured plastic. They have those pin prick eyes and red smiley faces.
The play people in this set do not have ant sharp edges they are quite solid good for toddler's hands.
The animals are very basic animal's rounded safe shapes. The animals are recognisable. The cow is brown she has white splodges on her and some horns she also has an udder. The sheep has a coat of white and pink face and legs. The pig is pure pink. The tan horse has a saddle and a red harness that attaches to the trap that he can pull. Place one of the people on the trap and the hay bales too then the horse can take the hay somewhere

It is obviously mid to late summer as the pear tree has several ripe pears painted on it on it.

These toys are super for your toddler . This set can be played with on its own or can be used to supplement other playmobil sets. This would make a great addition to the farm or zoo. . To add a bit extra to this toy why not get some green fabric or a green board to be the summer pasture

A little about the Playmobil company.
Geobra Brandstätter a German company was founded in 1876 making metal locks and other sheet metal products. In 1954 it produced their first toy a metal hula hoop. In 1958 the first plastic hula hoop was made.
Hand Beck who designed and made model planes joined the company to make toy figures. These developed into what we now know as play Mobil This branch of the Brandslatter Company was created in 1975
Since then the company has expanded and produced many toys. Some have become collector's pieces.
