A great fun set which is small enough to take on holiday!

This is a lovely set from the German brand, and as common with all their products this is well made with high quality plastic. This would appeal to both boys and girls and goes nicely with the other horse show and stable products in the playmobil country range. The set is easy to construct and the instructions are user friendly. There are the usual stickers to attach which can be somewhat tricky to get straight! You get a horse box and an SUV. It is quite a good size and easy for little ones to use. The horsebox latches on securely to the SUV and does not easily become detached. It comes complete with a horse rider figure with detachable helmet. The set is excellent for solo play or for playing with other children and the set encourages imaginative play, as do all playmobil sets in my opinion. You can fit several standard playmobil horses in the horsebox. The back of the item flips down so you can slot them in. The top of the car detaches to enable you to easily put a figure on to drove the vehicle. This set suggests age appropriate from 5 but my son is 3 and can use this with ease, I am not sure why the age is set at 5 when most other such sets are age 4 and have smaller pieces. There are no small pieces with this set so no need to worry about losing pieces or them being eaten by younger siblings!
