Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland (PS2) ... those of you unfamiliar with the Harvest Moon series, its a long running, addictive farm simulation game. Save the Homeland is the first Harvest Moon game released for the PS2 back in 2001. Although you still get a rewarding experience, its very limited compared to what long time fans of the series expect. In Save the Homeland, you play a young man who s grandfather just passed away. Gramps just happened to be a farmer and you return to the farm and find out that the entire town is going to be torn down and made into an amusement park unless you do something. Final Fantasy X (PS2) ... Fantasy is one of the biggest names in console gaming! Being female, I am not particularly attracted to war type or particularly masculine games, and prefer some of nintendo s favourites- zelda, mario kart, super mario games and also GTA. There isn t a very wide market for girls who play games - unless you count insults such as brainless pink games which are about shopping or makeovers!- rubbish!
