Metal Gear Solid 3 - Snake Eater (PS2):
... you played and liked the first two entries into the Metal Gear Solid series, you won t need to be convinced to buy this game. It continues an amazing story, directed by Hideo Kojima, this time going back in time to the 1960s, and allowing you to play as Big Boss, the progenitor of Solid Snake, as he attempts to stop full out World War breaking out between the Soviets and the US. Although this now means that we ve... Read the full review: Masterful by shaneo632 |

Final Fantasy X-2 (PS2) ... Fantasy X-2 was met with a lot of fan derision upon its release, primarily because all of the lead characters were female, and when your fanbase consists of at least 90% males, this isn t a particularly smart move. Nevertheless, I feel that it s an improvement on Final Fantasy X, which I actually felt was a far more flawed game with its dodgy Sphere Grid system. Whilst the character changes aren t great, the plot keeps us sailing through, as a transmission is picked up from a figure that appears to resemble Tidus. Is he still alive? Thus, the grobe-trotting plot begins, as they travel all over the land to find clues to try and locate him, sending them on a rewarding... The Bouncer (PS2) ... Bouncer is a rather strange outing from Squaresoft that can t really be recommended, because it can be beaten in the time it takes to drink a cup of coffee, but it is a fun enough experiment that s worth giving a quick whirl if a mate of yours has it. The premise is simple - it follows three bouncers, called Sion Barzahd, Volt Krueger, and Kou Leifoh, who become embroilled in a corporate conspiracy. You can pick one of the three bouncers, each having their own fighting style, and if you play as each of them, you ll eventually be able to piece together the entire story, not that there s really much here anyway. Visually, it was quite an impressive bag when it came out... Read the full review: Stylish, but where's the substance? by shaneo632 |

RPG Maker 3 (PS2) ... RPG Maker 3 is the third title in the Sony Playstation RPG Maker series. Based on the popular PC RPG Maker titles, RPG Maker 3 was released for the Playstation 2 in late 2004 and was the second in the series to be features on the Playstation 2, but the first in the series to be featured in full 3D graphics reminiscent in quality to the likes of Suikoden 3 and Orphen: Scion of sorcery. RPG Maker 3 was initially frowned upon by critics and fans of the 2D RPG Maker series. The general thought among the fan community was that the PS2 would be unable to cope with a 3D RPG Maker and with the difficulty surrounding the 2D versions, the 3D version was expecte...
