Drakengard (PS2):
... what do you get when you take mad generic story line, painful to listen to wretched music, linear as hell gameplay, voice acting that could have been done via computer synth, and mentally challenged AI? You may realize that my next word is Drakengard. If you did, you are correct. I was impressed by the visuals at the beginning of this game, but the cinematic clips aside, everything else about it is so below par ... Read the full review: You will NEVER find a worse game! Final Fantasy X-2 (PS2) ... playing Final Fantasy X (I thought that game was amazing), I immediately bought Final Fantasy X-2 to find out what happened next! What a disappointment. The battle system had changed, the storyline was poor, the costume changes just plain bizarre and the newest character had no appeal or interesting characteristics about her. Final Fantasy X had a very strong line up of characters who were all very different. It is too easy for all the people to learn the same actions. The storyline is weak and you get the chance to take the story in different ways, but so much time is not really pushing on with the story and more about various tasks. The graphics are quite good,... Read the full review: Poor storyline and so different from Final Fantasy X by DarkestGrey |

Final Fantasy X (PS2) ... Fantasy X is the best game I have ever played. The storyline is amazing and quickly gets you wanting to know what happens next. Tidus, a sports star is wisked away to a place where everything is so different and you don t know why you are here, where it is or anything. Then you being to find out your father has been here, why? The game offers varous puzzles at some stages, but most of the game is the Final Fantasy fighting, but the game pauses for each characters move, so you can really consider which option to select as the fighting is based on a menu system. This makes it a very unique game indeed. There is no way the game will only last a few hours (as some oth... Read the full review: Amazing storyline and gameplay by DarkestGrey |

Valkyrie Profile 2 Silmeria (PS2) ... so often you ll find yourself sitting down and remembering a game that meant something to you. I mean REALLY meant something to you and you go "I wish I had the opportunity to play a sequel or a remake of that game!" Valkyrie Profile 1, the game that meant the world to me set the bar pretty damn high. The story in the first was so brutally powerful, despite the low grade music *PS1, what can you expect?*, the story had me in powerful goosebumps for each person that came your way. But we are not here to talk about that now are we? VP2 is the prequel to that game, and right away I notice that something is going to go terribly wrong. Yes, they had made the...
