The other thing that is cool is that you can aim before you even lean out, so you can easily take someone out if aim for the head or disarm his gun, so you won't get shot. In the beginning of the game there is a cut scene about a new drug, that is spreading fast. As key members of the Tactical Narcotics Team (TNT), you play Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett. Your job is to find a Drug dealer name Tulio Mendoza who is a general of the Columbian Cartels in Miami. Rumors have it that in Miami he has created an alliance with the Russian Mafia. He has remained untouched by the law. His total disregard of human life is only matched by his desire to constantly consume the finest Cuban cigars.
