Created by Midas comes the latest inthe a long line of puzzle games for the Playstation and now Playstation 2. Bust-a-Block is a follow up to the earlier Bust-a-Move games which likened to other classic puzzlers in their time such as Tetris, Coloumns and Dr Mario. Known for it's addictiveness how did the jump to the PS2 fare for the Busta's? Well it did pretty well, luckily there's not too much to this game so it seems like a simple convert.

Graphics - They're nothing to wrtie home about if we're being honest, just a bunch of colourful blocks that you try to get rid of. The game is presented well though but the truth of the matter is that the graphics aren't the reason you'd by a game of this genre.

Gameplay - Fast and challenging, the further you get the harder the game becomes but the controls are easy and I found them very responsive which is important when things are flying around the screen that fast.

Sound - Dance tunes galore here and although it's not my favourite type of music i'd be lying if I said it didn't suit the type of game that it is.

Longevity - This is the deciding factor for the game , it's addictive as hell and therefore will have you playing for hours and not realising the time passing you by.

Overall - It may not look the best in the world but much like Tetris before it, you'll find it hard to put it down and will definitley come back for more.
