What is Buzz & Jungle Party? ********************************** The Buzz series introduced a new way of multi-player party play for the PS2 which was mainly quiz based making use of 4 wired Buzz controllers in place of the standard PS2 controllers. These consisted of 4 coloured answer buttons and a red Buzz button that you could use to answer trivia or for answers that required the fastest finger first. A spin-off series of games aimed at children started with the release of Buzz Junior: Jungle Party and this is where my review comes in! Jungle Party is a great entertaining multiplayer Buzz game for all ages. Although it's aimed at the junior ... Read the complete review

I first played this game a few years ago around at a friend's house, with a few drinks in me, and you could not get me off it. I am little embarrased to say I actually loved it given i am now in my 29th year and it is meant for juniors. The game uses the PS2 Buzz controllers and the idea behind it is that you play a number of minigames which involve timing and pressing the correct colour on your buzzers. The player who gets the most points throughout the series of minigames wins, as simple as that. Many of the minigames are extremely simple so it really is more suited to younger people and up to 4 people can play at a time. There is a huge variety ... Read the complete review

Jungle Party has to be my favourite Playstation 2 game! It consists of 40 mini games, which are all played using the Buzz buzzers (which have 4 coloured buttons on). You are able to choose which colour monkey you are and then change their outfit to a number of weird and wacky options. The games are nice to look at visually and have a great sense of humour - this game is not just for kids! There is a good variety of games included - matching pairs/memory type games, quick reaction games, games of luck and ones of skill, which mean that every player has a chance regardless of their age or skill level. It really is great fun for all of the ... Read the complete review

My friends own this game, as I am an Xbox owner, not PS2, but I have played it lots at theirs, and I am 31. :-) Having just returned from a trip to the States, my mates were telling me how they spent their Christmas and New Year, a good part of which was spent playing something they called "Bunkies". Intrigued, I wanted to know more. Considering my friends are all in their thirties and around, and they had played a lot of this "kids" game, it had to be worth a try. They have the Buzz controllers, which basically each have four coloured buttons, Orange, Green, Yellow, and Blue, and one big red "Buzz" button. ... Read the complete review

I got monkey buzz for the ps2 ages ago but never played it because it looked too baybish, but then a 7 year old came over to my house for some party and wanted to play it so we did; o what fun we (I) had. It has four game length options to choose from, ranging from around 15 minutes to the two hour mark. Dont be put of by the two hour game because it flys by when your plying this. I would say the aimed age at this is 5-8 year olds but 13-15 year olds can have just as much fun playing this as me and my friends found out. You can deisng your colour monkey in clothes and accesiors. The games are based on risk, memory, coulours and reaction. The most fun ... Read the complete review
