Me and my family are quite close, though one thing we all do love to do together occassionally is play a game of buzz, I think that it it because we are all so competitive, though it is all just fun really.
We own afew of the Buzz! games, though the Music Quiz is one of my favourites, as we all have an interest in music which means we are even more competitive.
The Buzz! music game is quite similar to other Buzz games, it is like a game show where there is a range of rounds of questions that are played, each is differently played, some of the rounds include, snap, pass the bomb, points builder, buzz stop, points stealer round and many more. You can either choose to play a long game, short game, and also a single player or multiplayer game. Obviously the aim of the game is to gain the most points.
The questions in this game are quite easy, they are suitable for many, though maybe not younger kids, you can choose what decades of music you want to answer from the 1950's until the 2000's, there is over 1000 music clips in this game so the quiz will be a little bit different every time.
You can choose you characters from a range of 16 different ones, including elvis, cheerleaders, rockstars and many more, you can also change your characters outfits to your preferences as well, each character has its own little catchpharses through out the game which also adds to the appeal of the game.
Overall I think that Buzz! The Music Quiz is a great family game, there is a chance to play up to 8 players (4 if you only have one set of buzzers) and the game has hours of great fun and competitiveness. You can pick this game up quite cheap (about £15) at the moment as it is for the PS2, though it could be hard to come across as PS2 games are becomeing less and less popular.

- 04/06/09 You might want to say something about what Buzz is in general, for those who aren't familiar. |
