I was recommended this game while searching for two player, co-operative PS2 games (simply because I like playing with my boyfriend but am fairly new to gaming at all and if we play against each other then I immediately lose!). I'm not big fan of 'realistic' war games and like fantasy so this looked like a good choice. Luckily, I rented rather than bought it... It all started well, I love getting to pick out a character, armour, etc, and assign abilities and strengths so I enjoyed creating the character at the start. Champions o norath is a fun balders gate style game for the ps2,Before you start playing you are going to need to create your charecter, you can choose a male of female from a Barbarian a elf a cleric a shadowelf or a mage, once this is done you can begin your first quest which is simple as it acts as a tutorial.As you move on you will be set simple tasks mostly you need to be upgrading your weapons and armour of which there are hundreds to choose and you must explore lots of dungeons,you will find little items along the way to add magical properties to your weapons and armour this adds another fun element to the game.
