Advantages: Space to combat, play more then one
Disadvantages: length, story
Devil May Cry another excellent title by Capcom, the makers of such great games like Resident Evil series, Onimusha, street fighter, mega man and other great games. Devil May Cry, sounds a bit dodgy to you, first thing that comes into your mind, Goth, dark, gloomy and scary? Well all that is just the atmosphere, that wont affect a thing once you actually play the game, the game play is excellent. Ever thought why do they make it more MGS (Metal Gear Solid) or more RS (Resident Evil) why not something in between something where you play in third person, active fights and adventurous, well Onimusha may have given you all this but it was short, wasn’t it??? Well Devil May Cry is just another version of Onimusha, bigger, better and more Weapons. Ranging from dual pistols to gigantic swords helping your way slay through all the Looney devils that get in your way and addition to your standard weapon of a dual pistols and a huge sword, there is also shotguns and upgrade to help your way through the castle that you enter. Enemies endlessly pop up for you to slay and just like Onimusha you collect these evil devils souls and upgrade your stats and make your self a killer machine. Devil May Cry also has magic in it, you can turn into a killer beast and blast all the enemy away with the special power that you obtain and as you progress through the game you get more power ups and your magic ability increases and you get more amazing and wonderful beast to transform into. Devil May cry is set in a dark castle where the devils lurk and you play as Dante a man with white hair and red clothing, he is the main character and has a female assistant who was with him until he entered the castle. (Spooky) This game was released today (I think) and the graphics are excellent, the game is like Onimusha but upgraded with a new story line. This game will more or likely have a sequel (I haven’t finished the game yet) just like Onimusha too, so
if you think that this game is wicked wait till the sequel where they will improve greatly just like they did with Resident Evil 1 to Resident Code Veronica X improving each.
