Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires; the newest Dynasty Warriors game; the newest to the "Empires" Saga. After great success of Dynasty Warriors 4 Empires, KOEI (the company behind Dynasty Warriors) decided to continue with their "Empires" ideas and create yet another successful strategy game. Though this doesn't mean that the game is any good, nor does it mean it is the worst game spawned in our life-time. If you liked previous Dynasty Warriors games, you know, the basic hack n slash repetitiveness, and then you will be sure to love this game. It seems as though the Dynasty Warriors series has been around for as long as there have been video games, amongst the reasons for its success are its ability to constantly deliver a quality product that is combined with addictive game play that at it’s most basic level is damn good fun. It is accepted that after an hours play you will be at risk of developing RSI from the repetitive button mashing as you hack and slash you way through hordes of enemies but it is such good fun that the risk is worth it and who knows how much better your game play will be with a bionic digit.
