Instead of having an energy bar where you run out when shot at, this time you have a Heartbeat monitor and it's more about how scared you're character is. Sounds a bit daft but it's actually pretty fun.
Graphics - The game looks very good, all levels are well made and all the smoke and shadows etc really make the game look special.

When trawling through games in Gamestation I often come across one that i've never even heard of. Being an avid gamer,reading PS2 magazines and checking up PS2 websites it shocks me sometimes the amount of game sthat get released with very little mention or coverage. Echo Night: Beyond is one of these games. I picked it up for £7.99 Pre-Owned and to be honest i'm pretty glad that I did. It's a first person shooter with a bit of a twist.
