Advantages: Hours Of Fun For All The Family And Friends

Disadvantages: Playing On Your OWn Makes You Feel Silly

EyeToy:Play 2 follows on from EyeToy:Play with 12 new games to test your body actions at. As in the previous version The EyeToy USB camera projects you onto the television screen live within the game, allowing you to interact with characters and environments. The new games include kicking in the KungFu game, testing your DIY skills, being a football goalkeeper and playing table tennis!

Although when alone you look and feel like an idiot, this game still offers hours of amusement but multiplayer is really where the game comes alive. This second installement of EyeToy has implemented a multiplayer tournament for up to 4 people which is great fun as you all look rather strange as you participate in the games.

Advanced EyeToy technology takes the gaming experience to new levels. Motion- Cam motion detection allows players to fine tune their technique in games such as Home Run and Table Tennis, which take into account where you aim and how hard you hit the ball. In Boxing, the harder you punch in real life, the better you score in the game. Many of the games also feature Sonic-Cam audio recognition, enabling players to add another dimension to the action by shouting at the screen!

Because of this Advances EyeToy technology the games become all the more fun as not only are you competing in the game but you are also competing in strength and accuracy. Me and my mates often play this game and always have a laugh. Especially when drunk. Honestly, the boxing game when under the influence is absolutely hilarious as you just end up swining wildy and generally making a fool of yourself. The Home Run game similarly.

My favourite game is definetly the boxing one. My tally of broken objects when playing this game stands at:
- 2 Lampshades
- 1 Lightbulb
- 1 Drinking Glass
- And twice i have nearly broken noses (even though you don't fight eachother, you fight a robot, but it was a big robot and i was swinging rather violently at it) and my knuckles (when i have connected with a wall or some other solid object).

Me and my mates also broke a dining room table as we all dived to the left to save the ball int he goalkeeper game and crashed through it, much to my mate's Mum's disgust. We bought her a new table. She's quite good at DIY as it happens though so she could have fixed it i reckon.

So, in conclusion, if you have friends, a playstation 2 and little breakable items, buy this game. Alcaholic beverages are also a good asset to the game. But kids will love this game too. Infact, if you are a parents reading this, buy it, pretend it's for your son/daughter. Not only will they love you for it but you'll love the game.

Aha. Now you have no excuse. Buy this game.

Summary: Fight robots, box and play baseball indoors, plus much, much more. Buy the game. Read the review.
