Fifa does it again (FIFA Soccer 2006 (PS2))
Member Name: Kranjcar
Advantages: Realistic and accessible gameplay Disadvantages: A few important leagues missing Fifa 06 was yet again a brilliant improvement from the previous Fifa game. One thing that really makes it great is the fact its so realistic and accessible. Which is very useful to new players of the series. The lounge mode is brilliant as it lets more than two players play in what is basically a winner stays on mode. The commentary and the background music in the menus is much improved this year with more familiar songs and a wider range of sentences said by the commentary team (John Motson and Ally Macoist). I often stay in my second home near Haverfordwest in Wales and have always hoped that they would put the Welsh Premier league on the game but this is yet to happen also it would be good if the Blue square leagues were put on like with management games. Also the goalkeepers are very poor on the game conceeding absoloute howlers and making silly mistakes which cause own goals. Probably the best game in the Fifa series. 82%. Summary: Best Fifa game to date. |
