The term "Free Running" is basically just running up walls and climbing jumping etc , If you can imagine Tony Hawks without the Skateboard you'd be on the right track, I seen a few videos of it on youtube and although theres some impressive athletiscm I still thought "Whats the point?" of course there isn't one but you'll see lots of youngsters risking their lives jumping off buildings all because it looked good in a movie , Which if I remember right was called District 13 or something like that.
