Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is easily in the top ten games of all times. It is such a good game from start to finish, The stories great, the new feeatures are out of this world, the map has grown rapidly from the last one and durability is brilliant as this will take a long time to complete and therefore is good value for money. San Andreas is unbelieveable popular, the game was sold out everywhere in england the day the game was launched. This game was eagerly awaited for months and months, and im not suprised. Rockstar have clearly put some time in to this game and tried to make the game better quality since the last one which was 'Vice City'. Grand Theft Auto has always been a good game to buy even the very first one which was 2d but very effective. Here i am going to tell you about the areas of this game which will inform you about Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Map
This map is massive compared to vice city. On this one there are 3 seperate cities unlike vice city which had 2 islands. In this game though it is more realistic, between the cities there are miles and miles of desserts and forest you have to pass before you can enter another city and it will take a long time especially in the forests with all the hills and grass. The map is built up of 3 cities names Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas. Los Santos is the city you start in it is a poor area with a lot of crime, San Fierro is a hilly buisness city with not much crime in and Las Venturas is full of casinos and hotels and is the most exiting city to be on. So all in all the map is big and full of things to do.

Story
You are CJ (Carl Johnson) who escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas, a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, Drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers. Now its the early 90's in this game and carls got to go home, His mother has been murdered. His Family has fallen aprt and his friends are all heading towards disaster. On his return to the neighbourhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CjJ is forced on a jpurney that takes him accross the entire state of San Andreas. To save his family and to take control of the streets. The story line is very good and well thought of.

Graphics
The graphics arn't the best on San Andreas but they never have been throughout the Grand Theft Auto series. But i Think it doesn't matter in the slightest as the game is good enough without the best of graphics. They might think about making them better next time. The graphics are still very good but compared to games like '50 Cent Bulletproof' you can see the difference

New Features
There are bags and bags of new features on this game...
You can get a haircut and choose your own hairsyle which is cool
You can go to the gym and get stronger and fitter which will result in long energy levels when you are running etc. which is a great little feature
It is now a 2 player game
You will have to eat by going to a resturant or a fast food shop
You can swim which is one of the best new features and makes the game so much better if you off the edge into the water now you wont just drown you can swim whereever you want and get back onto land in no time
You can recruit gang member to your crew and threten people and do drive byes
Many more car and veichles
You can burgel most of the houses on the map which makes the game better and easier to get money
You can ride bikes as in choppers and BMX's
You can play basketball
You can buy clothes from shops, there are a long list of clothes to buy from each shop
You can Gamble at casinos
and the list go on.....

Difficulty/ Durabillity/ Sound
This game will get a lot of getting use to at first. But after a while the game will grow on you and you will be eager to complete it. This should take at leest a month to complete for the average gamer. Some missions are very difficult but yopu can always retry them again and again. After you complete this game the fun isn't over theres plenty of things to do. Just driving around is a bit of fun in it self and you can always go to a shop for a new look. I wouldn't recommend you rent this game as you jsut wont finsh it in time and you would have only seen a few percent of what you can achieve on this game. There are also some great radio stations witha whole wide range if songs and you can easily change the station by pressing the UP key.

Missions
The missions are bigger and better then ever. Some involve a lot of travelling stretching across all three cities which is a long time to do. On the whole the missions are a lot better. Almost every patch of land on the game will be used during the missions and all the kind of veichles will be used also including a aeroplane. I enjoyed these missions a lot better then ones on vice city.

Summery
This game is only suitable for over 18's and is a 1-2 player game. This game made by rockstar took a long time to make and im not suprised. It is possible the best game of all time its got the lot! You can easily get your hands on a copy just go on
