We all know what to expect from GTA now. This game is no different from the others. It is truly amazing. They realy did do wonders with this game. If you have either not heard of GTA or ever played one of their games then where have you been. One thing I will show now is that this game shouldnt be played by anyone under the age of 18. There is an extensive ammount of bad language, sex related gaming and bad language. There is also an occasional bit of talk relating to drugs. Crack cocaine to be specific.

Firstly lets talk about the characters. The main character is a man named Carl Johnson who has recently being living in Liberty City from GTA 3. His family however live in San Andreas. A city sprawling with crime and which has recently being hit by a crack cocaine epidemic with every low life and gang banger turning to it. With the death of his mother Carl Johnson is then injected back into his old ways of gang banging with his brother and close friends representing the Grove Street Familys crew, who are recently waring with two other large crews - the ballers and vargoes. The ballers are a afro caribean gang whereas the vargoes are a latin amercia gang and all three gangs are desperate to claim turf and take over the city. You are now one of the most influencial gang banger who takes it into his hands to take over San Andreas for the Grove Street Families. You will meet a large variety of characters from corrupt police officers to other senseless gang bangers and some extremely strange characters.

This game similar to the other GTA games is a free roaming game which if you arent aware means you can choose to take on the missions in any which way that you choose or you can simply walk around and commit crime, pimp your ride, pimp yourself with clothes and jewelry or do other equally entertaining and illegal activites which I will leave for you to explore and discover. The main missions are centerd around gaining control of the turf in San Andreas for the Grove Street Families, or could the storyline change suddenly and vioently... you find out. The missions vary and are both entertaining and very rewarding. From shootouts to tailing to tagging up turf to jacking cars (stealing them) and many more. They vary in difficulty with none of the missions being either too easy or too difficult. Something for every gamer.

I dont want to spoil the suprise of falling upon many of the games easter eggs and suprises however there are plenty of different activities which keep you entrolled in the game. I will mention one of them which involved you stealing a van and then robbing houses. Sounds boring but it is extremely rewarding ina crimal minded sort of manner and very fun. You will not be disapointed with this game and the range of activites which can be done.

There are also a wide variety of veiches available to choose from including convertibles, saloons, jeeps, aeroplanes, boats and even a tank! Yes you can reek havoc in a tank! How fun. Well yes it is. The weaponary is varying and can be extremely fun from pistols to machine guns, hand grenades and a rocket launcher. OOH the hours of fun to be had.

The game is also very stable and should run on a well looked after and maintained system very well. This game can aslo be purchased for the originl XBox and will play through backward compatibility on the XBOX 360.

The soundtrack will not disopoint either. There are a large ammount if genres to choose from from rap, rock, punk, pop, country, western and many more through the use of the in car radio which suprisingly enough every car has. Ooo the irony.

Please for the price buy this game. You will not regret it. Oh and no you WILL NOT complete this game in under a month unless you have either a guide or are so doped up with coffee that you NEVER have to sleep.
