Disadvantages: story line

Grandia 2 is your typical RPG game, where you play the role as ryudo helping to prevent the war between good and evil. On your quest you go round defeating different parts of valmar (the devil) and are also traveling with a part of it. The fighting scenes in this game are very good. Its turned based, but also you are moving around the scene either missing or hitting the enemy. You also have your special moves and magic moves. You can level up each of these and learn new ones as you you gain more exerience. you also earn other points to upgrade all of them and even learn new ones. It could do with a better story line but still its not that bad, and sometimes the people talk so you dont have to read. Also during fighting when performing magic or special moves the scenes go in to little anime videos which are quite good to watch.

Summary: All in sll it is a good game trust me.
