Advantages: fun to play, solo or friend play, great music

Disadvantages: I do not see any

It may just be because I am a huge fan of 80's music, but I think this game rocks. I am borrowing Guitar Hero: Rocks the 80's from my sister right now and after I give it back I may just have to buy it for us. IT is that much fun to play.
When I play this game, it brings back memories. The characters are dressed in the wild 80's fashions like we all remember if you grew up in that time, such as wild prints and mismatched clothes with the big hair.
Songs featured on this game include Holy Diver, Seventeen, Metal Health, I Ran, and No One Like You. My favorite song is Poison's Nothing but a Good Time, but I also really enjoy playing Turning Japanese.
This is a great game to play no mater if you grew up in the 80's or not. You can play by yourself or have a friend join in the fun if you have 2 guitars. And a really cool thing is that you can master the songs if you practice in the practice mode to get really good.

Summary: You will not be disappointed with this game.
