For those of you unfamiliar with the Harvest Moon series, its a long running, addictive farm simulation game. Save the Homeland is the first Harvest Moon game released for the PS2 back in 2001. Although you still get a rewarding experience, its very limited compared to what long time fans of the series expect. In Save the Homeland, you play a young man who's grandfather just passed away. Gramps just happened to be a farmer and you return to the farm and find out that the entire town is going to be torn down and made into an amusement park unless you do something.
