Advantages: Story modes

Disadvantages: Weak multiplayer versus

After the glory days of Goldeneye on the N64, James Bond games set themselves a high standard early on. Whilst not the classic that Goldeneye was, Everything or Nothing is still an excellent game.

***Single Player***

The single player missions are engaging; the numerous cut scenes give an immersive feel, and do a good job at drawing you into the story. The story element is complimented by side training missions which are an entertaining way of learning new skills and setting yourself the challenge of bettering previous performances. The whole thing took a few days to complete, but when you play on a game solidly, that's what you come to expect.

***Multi-player***

The co-operative side of things is fantastic; the software writers have managed to produce a story mode that people actually want to p lay, that isn't too easy, and that people actually want to finish. The 'teamwork' aspect has been worked in rather haphazardly, and you may as well be playing separate games for the majority of time, until you need to open a door or something. The main let down of this game is the multi player versus mode, which is quite frankly awful. It lacks interest and we gave up on it after around half an hour. EA have clearly put all their eggs in one basket and gone for an outstanding co-op mode, which in fairness to them, they have achieved.

***Overall***

A good addition to the James Bond franchise that has both engaging single player and multi player modes, despite being let down by a poor multi player versus mode. Well worth buying since it's now available for mere penny's.

Summary: Good game, well worth buying for the penny's it's now available for
