Overview An action/strategy hybrid based on the Samurai Warriors series. Kessen III charts the lifes and times of Nobunaga Oda in his attempts at unifying ancient Japan. Koei This game is made by Koei a company that makes flawed but entertaining games, ostensibly about actual people from history but really about riding around killing as many people as possible with a big spear. (Yay!) Their most noticable output being the Dynasty Warriors series on which 'Kessen II', this game's predecessor was based. They however were about the unification of China, not Japan. Confused? This is a review of the newest game in the Kessen series called Kessen III, unlike the previous Kessen game, this game is set in feudal Japan from the Samurai Warriors game, instead of it being based on Dynasty Warriors. This is a game that was created by KOEI in the year of 2004. It is a game mixed with Action and Strategy to make this one hell of a game.
