Namco bring us their third person shooter "Kill Switch" , Released in 2003 there was a bit of a stir about the game as much was expected of it around the time it was brought out. It was then notorious for getting slated in the reviews. Not because it was a bad game in essence though, it was ridiculed for being so very short, this is possible to be complete in less than 4 hours which nowadays really isn't involving enough for a third person shooter. However one notable thing for Kill Switch is the innovative features such as the "Cover system" where you could be covered whilst going in for attacks and the Blind fire system which is kinda ... In this game you take on the role of the bad guy as you control a soldier with the intention of starting wars amongst the super powers whilst at the same time ensuring that the blame is placed elsewhere. While the storyline sounds a bit original the fact of the matter is that this game is a fairly average third person shooter which is fun to play but never really stretches the game play to any new levels. One of the problems with the game is that all of the missions are quite similar and there is a lack of variety to the game which means that it does not have a great deal of playing time and personally I found that the game has very little replay value as ...
