For example, if you leave Ryo as your striker, you are presented with the option of having Ryo, or Kaede from SNK's Last Blade games. When the Sega Dreamcast was officially put to rest in the West, with it went Western exposure to ports of SNK's great 2D fighting titles. While King of Fighters 2000 and King of Fighters 2001 both hit Sega's little white box in Japan, unless you imported, there was no way for you to get your hands on them outside of Asia. However, not too long after the DC went dead, so did SNK, which became SNK Playmore, who not only released unfinished SNK games, but vowed to carry on the King of Fighters series. For some reason, Playmore are more lax when it comes to releasing the rights of it's games, and now PS2 owners can sample KOF2000 and KOF2001 on 1 DVD in this funky ... Read the complete review
