Buy it! don't be put off by the Disney aspect, it really is amazing, give it a chance!

The moment I heard Squaresoft (back then now Square Enix) where teaming up with Disney I immediatly thought "what are you doing?" yet I knew Square always surprised and impressed me so I thought "I will see how this goes" few months later I could not wait for it.

Bought the game and playing it on Christmas Day, in no time at all I was amazed by it, the intro alone got me like "wow this game is different I know I am going to love it" and that I did, this is now my 2nd favourite series ever with final fantasy being first.

I don't know how they do it but they do, I am an adult and I love this game, they somehow get you feeling like a little kid again, there are so many points in this game where I just get that magical feeling i used to when I was a child!

I love the system in this game, the fighting is unreal, at certain points in the game if you make one mistake, i.e don't move fast enough and avoid the attack it is game over or near enough game over.

It is extremely unique, your main weapon is a keyblade (like a sword but a big key haha) and you use it to fight but also to lock the seals of the keyholes (to lock the keyholes of other worlds to stop heartless attacking them).

The thing I love most about this game is the story. The story suited for kids and adults is excellent, I do not know why I love it so much as it is quite simple when you have played the whole game. Visiting disney worlds also brings back many memories of being a child, and also having final fantasy characters in also brings back many memories of the final fantasy games if you are a fan of them.

      Great game for rpg novices

I bought this game to try and get my other half into rpg's and thought that this looked like the game to do it. The animations are excellent and any one who likes the disney characters will love this. You play as the hero sora with your magic weapon the key blade which allows you to enter diffrent worlds. You are accompined by donald and pluto as your allies. The battles are done so that you have to attack manually not your usall turn based rpg. The story line is really good and you will get to visit countless places from the disney movies. The level of difficulty is quite hard at certain points of the game especially the end battles where you definately need a system to defeat them. You have skills that you can equip and can switch between your charcters. There are lots of hidden things to do through out the game and puzzles to solve. Expect to see loads of familar faces not just from the disney movies but other rpg titles as well. This game is well worth buying even hard core rpg fans will have some fun with this one
