QUALITY, just snapped it up its sheer class! No really, if you love boxing then this is the game for you. There's all the greats: Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, Lewis.... Not only are the characters there but their so realistic, I actually thought I was flooring Lewis, but no...its only a game. Yes sigh it is just a game but what a good one. Its got stunning graphics with identical players, they perspire, bleed, bruise, yell, taunt, cry, celebrate and of course go DOWN! The graphics are truly worth a look with great player movement and finely tuned punches. Even the crowd move, I mean how good is that? The sound is also outstanding, most normal boxing games ...

Introduction Knockout kings is a long running series now and is obviously about the brutal world of boxing. This is by far the best boxing game on Ps2 according to most reviews so I thought with all the hype around Lewis's triumphant win I would give it a go. This game is trying to be somewhat of a simulation and I think this is the preferred type of game for any true sports fan. It does well most the time at creating a realistic interpretation of the sport but it all goes down hill eventually. Gameplay EA have learned from the shortfalls of previous titles and concentrated a lot on the control and boxing system for this version. ...

Adriaaaaaaaaaaan! Knockout Kings 2002 is a decent battler. A good looker but prone to hitting the canvas in the early rounds. It's the latest mash-em up from EA Sports in which you get to batter some of the best boxers in the world. It's the usual sort of thing. You get the option of exhibition, tournament or career modes. There's a range of famous boxers like Ali, De La Hoya, Lewis etc and there's also some made-up ones. No Tyson though.
