Unlike the other reviewers of this game, I really enjoy it!

For a start there's no laying the board out, sorting the cash, fighting over the race car. Just put your ps2 on and away you go!

The game is based on the board game with a few variations. For a start you can adjust the rules to whatever you prefer. Also there's a variety of different boards you can use, including prehistoric, outer space, medieval. They make it a bit different. The pieces, houses and hotels also change with each different version of the board game. My personal favourite is the outer space version of the board as the pieces are rockets and they fly around the board!

The main drawback for me, is that you can't adjust the rules slightly when you need to! For example if we're playing with the board game, if one of us runs low on money, sometime we borrow from the bank to tide us over. In the ps2 version, there's no leeway like that and once you're bankrupt, you're bankrupt!

Fun and ideal for all the family.
