The film was about a parallel universe of monsters, who by entering random doors were transported to different locations, the vast majority being children's bedrooms and their duty was to scare the children and their screams were used as power for the city. Out of the two of them Mike looks more like a scary monster than Sully, as Sully looks big and adorable! Just like the film, the game follows the same theme. Which is the monsters are scared of little children. As they live in a world that is scared of children just like the children ...
