Advantages: Superb Storyline, Good up-to-date cars, A vast improvement from Underground 2

Disadvantages: No Replay Factor's

Need for Speed Most Wanted is a Racing Simulation game where racers get a world to roam around in, resulting in cop chases, Street Races, Pink Slips and more.

The Basic plot of this game is quite simple, Race to get Rep, You entered Rockport City as a newbie with a Tuned up BMW M3, after your ride lets you down, you lose your ride to the lowest black-list 15 racer Razor.
Now in an attempt to win back your ride, your Pride, and your Rep you must dominate the entire 15 Blacklist Govenors before Waiting for you at number one your rival Razor.

The game starts off when you are are in your ride racing Razor, and like the plot your car cut's out due to an oil leak, then when cops come you are stranded in jail, until Mia comes. A girl who knows people, offering you a place to store cars as long as you put aside any bets she puts down on your behalf.

Now as any other Need for speed Game you buy a car tune it up, but for this game they did things slightly differently. You have got to do a certain number of challenges to be able to compete against the next blacklist racer, such as bounty(achieved in police chases, Speed traps etc) race wins etc.
The Challenges get harder as you go, and your Wanted level increases dramatically.
Until at the end you come head to head with the Rockport Police Department's Special forces who specialise in stopping speed racers. Until you become the most wanted and the Number one Blacklist Governor.

The gameplay and storyline is a major improvement on Underground 2, and enabling that free roam makes the game so much better, letting players explore the city and sights.
The controls are easy to use and hard to master, it's the basic handbrake and gas routine.
The sound's are gangster/thug tracks which is exactly the kind I expected, very Street racer-like.

The Car customization and tuner allows you to freely tune your car from Vinyls to Gear ratios, but no more of that silly car star rating which is great!

On the whole a Superb Game and a step in the right direction from EA

Summary: Well worth the Pennies
